1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with us at No Drama. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

2. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

3. Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (tags attached, original box if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • Some items (such as custom-made, personalized, clearance or “final sale” items) may not be eligible for return — we will clearly mark such items at the time of purchase.

4. Non-returnable / Final Sale Items

Certain goods are final sale and cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items that were marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

  • Products with broken or missing seals when hygiene or safety requires an intact seal.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Click this My Account link and then request a return.

  1. Sign in to your account:
  2. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • UK shipping returns are are free. Upon approved eligibility for return, pre-paid tracking details will be sent to the customer to ensure returns.
  • For international shipping returns, upon approved eligibility for return, If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Condition of Items on Return

Items must be returned in resaleable condition. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund a reduced amount.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • We will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

9. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or colour), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. The same return-shipping responsibilities apply.

10. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return at no cost to you and either replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping cost).

11. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns under the conditions above. However, if an item is returned in a significantly used or damaged condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to cover loss of value.

12. Right to Refuse Return

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions or appears to be fraudulent.

13. Display of Policy

This policy is accessible on our website, included in our footer and linked at checkout. We recommend reviewing it before placing your order.

14. Changes to Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase applies to that order.
