6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact us within 12 hours to make changes or cancel it.
Once shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

11. What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee corrections, but we’ll do our best to assist.

We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

13. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

14. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item we’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
